Date: Two day retreat 2-3 May 2026 all inclusive
You will be nourished with seasonal meals prepared with care by a nutritionist. Simple whole foods, herbal teas, raw treats, and beautiful plates that support your body. Just wholesome food that meets you where you are.

A grounded space held by experienced practitioners. Led by Leah and Meegan from Innate with additional support from specialist trauma trained facilitators from Melbourne and Brisbane. You are guided with steadiness clarity and care throughout the entire weekend.
