This retreat invites you to be brave enough to turn inward, listen to your body, and explore what is present in this season of life. You will leave with a renewed sense of self, greater inner calm, and simple practices to carry into daily life.

Date: 27-28 FEBRUARY 2025
Friday evening 5–9pm including dinner and Saturday full day 8.30am–4pm, all inclusive
You’ll be nourished with seasonal meals prepared with care by a nutritionist. Simple whole foods, herbal teas, raw treats, and beautiful plates that support your body. Just wholesome food that leaves you feeling grounded and nourished.
